If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — email us at support@purelyessentialpets.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, no return necessary.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent the wrong item, email us right away. We'll make it right at absolutely no cost to you.
