How to track your order:
- Check your email for your shipping confirmation — it contains your tracking number
- Click the tracking link in that email to see real-time updates
- Or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number manually
Haven't received a tracking number yet?
- Orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping
- Check your spam/junk folder — sometimes our emails end up there
- If it's been more than 3 business days, email us at support@purelyessentialpets.com and we'll look into it for you right away!
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note: Once your package is with the carrier, tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear in the system. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong with your order!
