Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Times
We work with trusted global suppliers to bring you the best products at the best prices. Because of this, please allow:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Some items may arrive sooner — it's always a nice surprise!
Shipping Costs
- Orders over $35: FREE shipping 🎉
- Orders under $35: Flat rate $4.99
Multiple Items
If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is completely normal — everything is on its way!
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3-5 days for tracking information to update in the system after you receive it — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Delays
